Welcome to Adult Education

The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board has a long-standing commitment to the ever-growing needs of adult learners in the area. In an effort to responsibly continue this commitment Keewatin-Patricia has partnered with Lakehead Public Schools in a unique program delivery model.

The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board's Adult Education program is the "gateway" to your high school studies. Our offices and classrooms are located in Red Lake, Dryden, Ignace, Kenora and Sioux Lookout. They are the local point of contact for information, referral and various support services for adult education students.

The Lakehead Public Schools Adult Education Program provides course study assistance, marking, test/student administration, and the issuance of credits and diplomas. Lakehead’s well-established and high-caliber Adult Education program is an asset to students residing in the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board who want to study in their home community. This program partnership is designed for your success.

There will never be a better time than right now to complete your high school education. Programs are currently running in your area, and you can complete courses from the comfort of your own community.

Do it for the opportunity. Do it for a better career. But most of all, do it for yourself. You're closer than you think.
